Steven Dwight Hillhouse, 30, of Steele, died Feb. 16 in an automobile accident. Born April 20, 1953 in Hayti, he was an employee at Steele Apparel Co. and a drummer in the James Boys band.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cathy Hillhouse of Steele; One daughter, Amy Hillhouse of Steele; His mother, Mrs. Doris Hunsaker of Saudi Arabia; His father, Donald Hillhouse of Steele; One brother, Ronald Hillhouse of Grand Junction, Colo.; His stepfather, Rudy Hunsaker of Saudi Arabia; His maternal grandfather, Gurley Richardson of Steele; And his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lorene Hillhouse of Jonesboro.
Services were Sunday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Steele, the Rev. Glenn Johnson and the Rev. Billy Skinner officiating, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge.
