Funeral services were held at the Methodist church here Thursday afternoon for Mrs. Hautie Mae Wagster, who passed away at her home after an illness of several months. The Rev. Marvin Niblack, assisted by the Rev. J.E. Hall, conducted the service and interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Wagster was born July 2, 1907 and was 48 years, 9 months and 10 days of age. She was the widow of Sam Wagster, who died two years ago. She was a member of the Methodist church and had been teacher of the Women's Adult Class in the Sunday school.
She is survived by two sons, Sammy and Dallas Wagster of the home; two step-daughters, Mrs. Eurma Martin of Steele and Mrs. Lydia Hicks of Orlando, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Wilson of Cooter and Mrs. Susie Terry of Orlando, Fla.; and three brothers, Melvin Terry of Massachusetts, in the Air Corps and presently overseas, James Terry of Haines City, Fla. and John Terry of Panama City, Fla.
