John Wesley Frazier, 62, of Steele died Jan. 6. 2010, in Caruthersville.
Born Jan. 31, 1947 in New Albany, Miss., he is the son of the late Joe Frazier and Clara Covington Frazier.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Sammy Frazier and Alton Frazier.
John worked for many years for Paul Fullerton in Steele, then later worked for many years for Hoppers Exxon in Blytheville, Ark. He was Church of God faith.
Mr. Frazier leaves one daughter, Sara Cameron, of Steele; One step-daughter, Patricia Galbraith, of Qulin, Mo.; Three step-sons: Kevin Aaron of Gassville, Ark., Jack Aaron of Paragould, Ark. and Shawn Aaron of Gosnell, Ark.; Three brothers: Boyce Frazier of Holland, Billy Frazier of Steele, and Travis Frazier of Branson, Mo.; Two sisters: Linda Lopez of Brownsville, Tenn. and Betty Henley of Holland; and Ten grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Frazier was held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 8, 2010 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with Rev. Gary Andrews Sr. officiating.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele.
