Services for Brenda Lee Bailey, 35, formerly of Steele, who died June 8th in Dallas, Tex., were held June 11th at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Steele. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 15th, 1941 in Memphis, Tenn., the daughter of Mrs. Pauline Bailey and the late Oscar S. Bailey. She was the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bailey.
Survivors include her daughter; two sons, William Steele Jr. and Sean Steele, both of Dayton, Ohio; one daughter, Lori Steele of Dayton, Ohio; one brother, Robert Bailey of Dallas, Tex.; and aunts and uncles, Mrs. Arlene Bailey of Steele and Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Bailey of Arcadia, Calif.
Pallbearers were Tommy German, Reginald Watkins, Wilburn Clark, Clarence Poteet, Gene Wingfied, and Herbert Ketchum.
