Twins, a girl and boy, were born Tuesday to Mr. and Mrs. Orville Bishop, of the Gibson community. The infant son died a few hours after birth. The little body was laid to rest in Mt. Zion Cemetery Wednesday.
Mrs. Bishop and infant daughter are reported to be doing very well.
NOTE: The girl, Kay Frances Bishop, died March 25, 1941, at Walls Hospital in Blytheville. She is buried at Mount Zion.
Steele, Mo.--Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon for Kay Frances, three weeks old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Bishop, who died at Walls hospital in Blytheville Tuesday night, following her twin brother who died a few hours after birth. The family lived in the Gibson community. Services were conducted at the home and interment was in Mt. Zion cemetery.
Surviving are the parents, four sisters, Renna Faye, Imogene, Patsie and Barbara Jean, and one brother, John Franklyn.
