Walter Glenn Kelley, 49, died Wednesday, June 27, 1990 at his residence in Cardwell, Mo.

Son of James Levi Kelley and Nella Staggs Kelley, he was born January 6, 1941 in Bath Springs, Tenn.

On July 2, 1966 he married Maxine Young at Braggadocio, Mo. Mr. Kelley was a veteran and engaged in farming.

He leaves his wife, Maxine Kelley, of Cardwell; his mother, Nella Kelley, of Wardell, Mo.; his father, Levi Kelley, of Wardell; six brothers: Junior Kelley of Gobler, Henry F. Kelley of Wardell, Tommy W. Kelley of Alexandria, La., James R. Kelley of Steele, Mo., Melvin E. Kelley of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Chester Kelley of Pascola, Mo.; six sisters: Sue Austin of Sardis, Tenn., Billy Jo Casteel of Cooter, Mo. Mary Ellen Rogers of Jacksonville, Ark., Margaret Ann McCaig of Caruthersville, Mo., Barbara (Bobbie) Clay of Hayti, Mo., and Patricia Ann Wilcox of Braggadocio; one granddaughter, Jessica Rhodes of Cardwell; and a grandson, Bobby "Pee Wee" Rhodes, of Cardwell.

Rev. Gerald Moss conducted funeral services Friday, June 29, 1990, at 2:00 p.m. at Bradshaw German-Aumon Chapel.

Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery near Steele with arrangements by Bradshaw German-Aumon Funeral Home of Steele.

Pallbearers were Mike Edington, Gene Rodgers, John Arbuckle, Lan Cannon, Bill Pearson, Kevin Duke, and Ray Kelley.
