We learn with sorrow this morning, that Henry Spencer, died at his father's residence in this city, last night. He had been ill for a number of weeks and was thought at the time to be recovering. A relapse took place, however, last week with the above result. Mr. Spencer was an enterprising energetic citizen, and was just entering the prime of life. He leaves a wife and one child, his mother and father, and two sisters, besides a wide circle of friends to mourn his loss. The funeral takes place tomorrow afternoon.
