Son of Ben Wilson and Nancy Chalbut
Henry Stafford Wilson, age 71 years, 5 months and 17 days, died Tuesday evening, January 9, 1951.
Mr. Wilson was born in Henry, Tenn., July 22, 1879, but had spent the past 52 years of his life near Cooter.
He is survived by two sons: Homer A. Wilson of Cooter and Elmer L. Wilson of Arizona; one daughter: Lunie Mae Forsythe of Cooter, one brother; John Wilson of Cooter, one sister, Mrs. Martha Washburn of San Antonio, Texas, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Cooter Baptist Church, Thursday, January 11 at 2:30 p.m., conducted by Rev. J.E. Cooper.
Interment was in Number Eight Cemetery with German Funeral Home in charge.
