Graveside memorial service for William Dale Brown, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
William Dale Brown, the son of Fred and Sybil Byers Brown, was born February 7, 1926 in West Plains, MO. Dale passed peacefully on April 15, 2018, at the age of 92.
In 1946 Dale married Mildred Cearley of West Plains, who preceded him in death on June 10, 1990. Dale served in the US Navy from 1944-1946, worked for JC Penney through 1967 and owned the Western Auto Store in West Plains until 1983.
Dale is survived by two daughters, Luann Miller and husband Mike, and Janell Parry and husband Jim; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Dale is also survived by his wife, Alita.
Dale was buried at Howell Memorial Cemetery on April 26. Memorial contributions may be made to NHC Garden Fund, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
