Funeral services for Miss Carolyn Marie Thompson, Naylor, Missouri, were held Thursday, May 19, at 2:00 p.m. in the Vicksburg Pentecostal Holiness Church in the Dogskin community, with the Rev. Hershel Davis officiating. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery near Steele, with John W. German, Steele, in charge.
Miss Thompson, 15, was born in Steele, September 19, 1944 and died in Doctors Hospital at Poplar Bluff, Missouri on Tuesday, May 17.
Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Thompson, three brothers, Gene, Charles and Roger Thompson, all of Naylor; grandparents, Mrs. Annie Clark, Deering, Missouri, Mr. Charley Hampton, Doniphan Missouri and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Wade, Netherlands.
