Homer Lee Jones, age 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. L.N. Jones of near Cooter, died at his home last week after a short illness of pneumonia. He was an honor student in Cooter high school.
Funeral services were held from the Cooter Baptist church by the Rev. E.P. Crocker, pastor, and the Rev. H.L. Wagner, pastor of the Cooter Methodist Church, and interment was in the Mt. Zion cemetery. Surviving are his parents three brothers and two sisters.
